That has nothing to do with what you said though. You said they were moving away from WP7, when all that there means is that they are increasing the amount of Android phones they make, more than they are increasing the amount of WP7 phones they make.
There's nothing about moving away from anything in that statement.
Also, do yourself a favor and include sources when you quote someone or post some data, it makes your claim look much more legit.
