2008 for Wii will only depend on Nintendo. Can it deliver enough games as it did for DS? I believe DS software was already better than Wii is now. Even if Nintendo fails, people will just keep playing DS and will not run to buy a expensive PS3.
As for PS3, it is hard to believe it'll sell less or just little more this year (FFXIII, GT5, MGS4 - have all the fans already bought it?). So I expect it to have the best non winning console Y3. It might even come close to PS.
PS3 is safe from getting a early death sentence, and behave as the GC, as long DQIX is coming to the DS (SE is being too quiet about the game...) and DQX is not announced for Wii (which probably will happen when things are already settled).
I didn't realize N64 was outsold by Saturn. It were really bad years for Nintendo there. I wonder how much they must praise Pokemon in the company.
