If it is really slighty more powerful that the PS3 and this expensive contoller how can they keep at a competive prise. It has as powerful as the PS3 to be competive and it's still would be rather expensive. 2. This cotroller is not very comfortable and 3. I hope that casual gamers don't turn the Wii in to the succes so we Xbox 720/PS4 with this thing just like Wii brought Move and Kinect :(.4. Nitendo doesn't have online experience and this day online is a key in most games. 5. Zelda and Mario HD would be cool, but can they save the console if they are at launch. 6. And I don't get developers getting so excited about it. 7. It doesn' matter if you can tweak things from your controller it would discract you from the game. |
Look at the facts? You don't have any.
1. We don't yet know just how powerful it will be. But all current indicators suggest it will be more powerful. And with equal resolutions, modern shader operations, exchangable art assets, exchangable game engines....it's set up for success by default. Price is nto as high as you might think it is. A full BOM of today's pricing puts it just north of $250 based on assumed hardware. By the end of 2012, those prices will surely be even lower.
2. All reports from E3 stated the controller was very comfortable to hold.
3. You don't Sony and MS enhancing the gaming experiences on their repsective consoles?
4. Technically, Nintendo was one of the first companies to take a console online to begin with. The NES in Japan was capable of going online though not for gaming purposes. However, they've already stated they will enlist the help of outside sources for their online services. Current feedback from Ubisoft for Ghost Recon Online has been fantastic. And Valve is now considering putting Steam on Wii U.
5. I'm not even sure I understand your concern here. How do you save a console that is not in danger and doesn't require saving?
6. Why shouldn't they be? It's a brand new console from Nintendo that has the ability to appeal all gaming markets, is capable of handling current and future game engines and art assets, it creates a whole new way to expereince single and multi player gaming, and Nintendo is working hard to ensure developers will find success on it.
7. This wasn't a major concern from those that tested the game demos at E3. Nor does it seem to be a concern from 3rd parties putting massive support for it.
Do you have any other concerns I can debunk while I'm at it?
