I would be curious as to the actual interview contents, because i recollect one from immediately after E3 in which something vaguely similar was said about them reaching that actual level, but you must factor in that this is coming from a man who is primarily unconcerned with technological dick-wagging
Though of course its not going to be incomparably more powerful, but i'd hazard that you're definitely going to see stuff you just can't see on PS360 (and be able to distinctly see it, unlike Wii which never really had that "Eureka, this is better than anything on GC/PS2/Xbox" moment
