in Dante's Inferno when you're in the layer of lust and you see those tentacle/claw things coming out of the decomposed chicks vagina...that made me shudder.
practically every scene in Dead Space/Dead Space 2 where you see crew member killing themselves or being killed by necromorphs.(the one with the mother holding the exploding baby was just...sad)
