Anyone really think that Epic is behind this? To me looks very impressive.

Epic making a tech demo showing a beautiful garden? Epic =/= garden. If they made a tech demo it's probably the street one that no one has seen beut everyone says it's impressive.

It's a really good looking demo, and seeing other things at the controllers screen a nice touch.

Hope we can see that demo one day. Reports says was very impressive.

It was a mistake from IGN, that was not a demo but real life, "just" footage of Tokyo streets with the possibility to see different scenes mooving the controller. Actually that's still impressive, imagine the gameplay possibilities...it's just not a proof of power though.

For that street demo, report says it showed an open 360 use for the gyro-control, instead of the limited 180 we see in this garden demo.

The tokyo street scene was a brief tech demo using standard definition video to showcase another way that the controller could be used to complement visuals shown on a television. In this instance a rolling video of a what appeared to be a car rolling through a Japanese street was shown on both the television and the tablet controller. When the controller was held up towards the TC, the video matched on both displays. However when we moved the tablet around, the video on the table changed to reflect our position, showing us different parts of the environment. Think looking around you while riding in a car, but without the car. While there wasn’t much more to the demo than that, the tech on display was interesting and got us thinking about ways it could be incorporated into any number of different game genres. Gamespot

The second major tech demonstration featured live footage of Japan, with a camera moving down a crowded street, hovering above vehicles. Like the hawk demo, the tablet was also featuring the footage shown on the television. But as I moved the new controller, I was able to see more of the city around me, without altering what was being shown on the larger screen. I could move the tablet upward to see the sky, or downward to see the street moving under me. Even more impressive, I could start to rotate the controller or "aim" it behind me to see where I had been. Pressing a button would also flip the portable display behind me, allowing me to see backwards similar to a rearview mirror. The potential for racing games with this sort of technology is truly impressive. IGN

True, but it was not a demo of the power of the console, it only showed the power of the controller. The graphics were litterally real because it was an actual japanese street.
