Wii U won't support DVD or Blu-Ray playback... your thoughts?

For PS4 and XB720 it'd be a bad thing, for Wii U not as much. Nintendo follows a different approach and business model. Both Ninty and its competitors can be as much right doing different things if they keep coherent with themselves and in touch with their user bases.
