I, machina, and every other past moderator had to go through this process when we were first given such responsibilities.

I'll assume I was grandfathered in since I was originally inducted before that traditions. 

But you already took part in said tradition.  You remember, don't you?  Right?  Don't you?  >_o

Better then the DB tradition of locking the new ones into a cage, no we don't get let out of the cage that is it, being locked in a cage forever...Well atleast those times have passed and we have more cival ways of doing our DB traditions/Hazing.
