I had this same problem and got emails about it that told me to go to a Microsoft billing website to add a new payment option. Everything I tried, though, did not seem to work and kept giving me an "unable to authorize payment" message. So I called 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and the US, English speaking customer service rep got it sorted out in just a few minutes. I guess the only way to avoid this is to change your payment options in advance because once it reaches the point of suspending you for payment conflicts it is impossible to change it on your end (or at least in my case it was). |
Same thing happened to me. I also had to call to get it fixed
