You got the meaning right, but blew the pronunciation completely. It's officially pronounced Bah-Ten-Kye(as in Kyte)-tohs.

Isn't the "ten" in Baten pronounced akin to the "tane" of octane? AFAIK the Japanese do not have a "te" as in "ten" character however they do have a "tay" as in "tame" character which usually translates to "te."
