The medical benefits are almost non-existent (providing properly cleaning yourself isn't too much to ask) and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

most people like the look of a circumsized . cleaning your dick every day and sometimes twice a day is too much to ask for me atleast.

Except that the human body has not evolved to the levels of hygiene you are talking about, and what people call hygiene nowadays is actually not hygenic at all and even detrimental to health. People are idiots though and don't even stop to think about that.
