Kojima Productions: All Future Titles to have PSVita Versions

well see that is what i'm trying to figure out.  it just seems very dumb idea to me in general.   we have

1. you have to buy the same game TWICE.  one at $60 and one at $40.

2. if it comes with the PS3 game, then does that mean PSVita ONLY users won't get to play it unless they buy a PS3 game?

3. If sold sepeartely as i said in 1. then whats to stop people from buying only the CHEAPER ps vita version. lots of lost revenue here in that instead of selling a $60 game you are selling only a $40 game. 

For example.  How do I a PS VITA ONLY user get to play MGS5?  Do i have to buy a $60 ps3 game? and then how do i get it to play on my psvita?  i can't put the disc in my ps vita.  i can't put the disc into the computer.  Or do i get to just buy a $40 psvita game?  then does that mean all that work kojima put into making mgs5 i bought it for ONLY $40?  Or am I forced to buy some kind of a double pack for like $90 or something that has both ps3 and vita game?  What do i do with my ps3 version that i can't use since i don't have a ps3?

same situation reversed to ps3 ONLY user.  Do i have to buy a say $90 game just because it comes with a Vita version as well?  Or am i stuck paying $60 when the same game is only $40 on psvita?  why am i getting ripped off?

now as for double owner.  Do i have to spend $90-100 for ONE GAME.  or should i just buy it on my psvita cause cheapest and same game?

heck i didnt even consider all that.

Also lets say SCE is stupid enough to sell two copies of a game for the price of one or somethin. HOW THE HECK WOULD THEY KNOW IF THE OWNER OF THE PS3 AND THE VITA IS THE SAME PERSON???
