In alot of ways the Wii U controller is an improved PSP streaming PS3. So Sony will just stick with The Vita or other handhelds that come along. So can we say say  Nintendo copied this one?

Or, you know, it's improving on what they did with GBA and GC.

In the begining sure.  But when you can Play control your system from any wifi spot(usually with alot of lag out of the house. the Wii U controller or 3ds can't do this), Play one or two of the home consoles games streaming over it you have to give  start giving Sony credit somewhere.

And let's not forget that the Mega controller had an LCD screen that you could play a puzzle game on.... just saying......

The sad thing is that I actually own this device (for my kid).  It's the V-Tech V-Smile art studio!  This was years before the UDraw thingy came out for the Wii but I guess you could argue that a touch screen (like the above pictured device or the UDraw) or video screens (Like the GBA/GC or the Sega VMU) aren't that new at all.........Yeah, the Wii U is gonna have motion control and a camera and stuff but.....

--Oh, and for anybody looking at this, I'm just joking--but in every joke there's an ounce of truth.
