Yea he is a smart man, I also made the same assesment of the probable power of MS and Sony's next generation consoles as he states in the video in that the next generation will be extreamly powerful so as to push a perceived leap in capabilities far enough for consumers to accept buying a several hundred $$$ console even if they have to wait a couple more years to do it
