Oh boy, touch screen is just the way to go to answer consumer demand, not because of nintendo, because of smart phone. I dont have any problem you dont find that innovating, its not, but its not a rip-off of any Nintendo product either.

I'd agree, if Sony didn't have a well-established pattern of doing precisely this. And notice I didn't comment on the front touchscreen, but on the back touch"pad". That can't be referred to as a development due to smart phones.
