I think it's too early to ask such a question, most people need to know price and launch games.
Personally I like the premise of the console but as to pre-ordering... I will pre-order if there are launch games I really want to play, and if the price makes sense to me ($299 will be ok, $350 will make it a maybe, and $399 will quite probably make me wait).
