Minecraft for XBox360 will not require Kinect

Minecraft for the Xbox 360 will just be one of those titles that is “better with Kinect” and not a title that “requires Kinect”. This news comes straight from Notch’s E3 information dump that he posted on his Tumblr blog earlier.

Along with this announcement, Notch has also said that the official title for Minecraft on the Xbox 360 has not yet been decided and that it will be coming “this winter”.

Personally find this news to be fantastic. I couldn't see it being playable in full form with just Kinect.

I wonder what Kinect features will be present though.
