Well Sega giving us that little hint. It wouldn't be a typical Nintendo move to launch WiiU in spring. Predictable Nintendo would launch WiiU globally in November/December. But then again Nintendo seems to want to launch when their's least demand, Reggie made comments about that when refering to 3DS.

So launching in Spring/Summer when their is less demand for hardware Nintendo could reach the hardcore market before all the parent's go out and buy them for Christmas. Now I however think its a bad idea because by Christmas the product will already be seen as dated, you want it to be crisp fresh on the shelf you want your product to be the latest and greatest thing. By launching in spring you give the product time to slow down and become less relevant.

I myself plan on pre-paying for mine the day I can. If it comes in Spring or Summer or November either way I will have mine day one. Do you think a summer launch would be a smart move? Or what about Spring is that just too early?
