Exactly what I was thinking. Plus the only big Wii game at E3 was Skyward Sword. Instead of buying a Wii I would just start to save up for the Nintendo U (or whatever its called). 

I agree. IMO, it's kind of pointless to buy the Wii now, especially when Nintendo is releasing the Wii U next year & that it's backwards compatible with all Wii games & Gamecube games.

It's still more than a year left. It is a long time to wait if you want to play Wii games now.
