Those are exclusive VERSIONS of those games since they are being released on other platforms (well, except maybe Tekken. Dunno what to think about that)

Of course those other games are gonna make good use of the controller, just as Dirt 2. But I wouldn't count them as exclusives. They just add some gameplay functionality.
