Given 3DS's terrible sales and lack of software at the moment, I'd guess all those games should help to an extent (most of them wouldn't at all for, say, the Wii), but Mario Kart 3DS is the only one that should actually make the 3DS go through the charts.
Even if they all fail and 3DS remains dead during the holidays, it's still premature to call it doomed since it still has several important games (NSMB, Pokemon...) that haven't yet launched and will likely boost hardware. On top of that, the console will still probably be $250, which, judging by its sales, is deemed too high by consumers. You'll probably have to wait till the price drops somewhat to see if it's doomed as well.
Long story short, it's gonna be years before any doom-calling is reasonable for the 3DS, even if the doom seems apparent earlier.
Also, why do you want to doom the 3DS anyway? Being so blunt about dooming consoles you don't like is just not nice, ;(.
