Thanks for the compliment! I was actually inspired by what you said to me earlier about the game, and also by the similar 'WTF' tone of the Destructoid article I linked.

I'm sorry I missed your thread, had I seen it I wouldn't have started another one and instead simply promoted yours.

Hopefully this catches on, I tried to be a little sneaky in promoting the game or else I think it would have been easily dismissed.

 

edit: here's a choice quote from Gamespot, who seem to be equally impressed:

"In addition to taking part in the numerous activities, you'll be free to explore Go Vacation's island any way you choose. You may want to rollerblade until you find an off-road truck, drive that truck to the ocean, climb out of it, and then scuba dive around the shoreline, for example. It all sounds very liberating, and furthermore, there will be hidden bonus items to search for in your travels. We look forward to finding some of those and bringing you more information on this promising game just as soon as we can get our hands on a copy of it."

This is the kind of thing I've always wanted out of GTA.

This just sealed the deal. Running around the island was the one thing I felt was really missing from Wii Sports Resort.
