If the game is good, and has those visuals, and takes a while to finish, and gets decent reviews (80s), it will sell fine.
I don't think I've seen a game with good, appealing gameplay and lots of content flop. Games like Vanquish, Enslaves, Castlevania, likely flopped because they were too short on content. And then you have the graphics which are top-notch, espescially for an open-world game.
It'll do fine if it deserves to. I see it doing a little better than Borderlands, but you may consider that a flop...
