actually i kinda feel in that situation right now. are you continue slapping me with replies now until i admit i was wrong?

i already said i do not condone any of this. i still find it interesting. do i need to be healed now?

Ok, ok. I know you know you were wrong. Just make sure your scientific curiosity never gets the better of your moral values.

i was wrong? in what way? is it wrong to feel guilty for finding something of interest? i really don't get what you are aiming at.

Are you happy that the experiment took place, and you could get all this info, or would you have rather the experiment never taken place, and this guy (and the other people who were put through this) never experienced such abuse?

ah, now i understand what bothers you.

i have never stated that what happens made me "happy". i believe experimends like this should be illegal in the fist place and nobody should suffer like that without consent.

and yet, i still think it is interesting to know what happened. if that is wrong, then i would feel guilty about it ...oh, wait, that is what i said from the start!

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”
