They really are, without a single shred of doubt. It's just a fact that you have to accept. Learn to live with it. If you are still a non-believer, here are five excellent reasons to convince you that Nintendo is the best company:

2. Their consoles don't break down - Especially Xbox 360 owners should be familiar with this problem. Too many awesome games that get released all the time cause you to play your console day in, day out. The result is either overheating of your console or your disc drive wears out. That problem doesn't exist with Nintendo, because there are only one or two games worth playing released each year.

This is really you're only legitimate reason. However I 100% agree. I've owned every Nintendo, Sega and Sony system with the exception of the Virtual Boy, PSP, and Sega Saturn, and I can say never have I had a Nintendo console break on me. Even the controllers are noticably more reliable.

The only Nintendo product to break on my was an N64 controller, and I don't blaime built quality, I blaime Mario Party 1 fatigue. The analog stick was grinding into a powder, and I'm not joking.

Sega too have been mega reliable. Not one broken console, or controller, but to be fair I play my Segas much less then any other consoles.

Sony is a little annoying. My PS1, PS2 and PS3 all broke, and at annoying times too. PS1 broke at the end of it's lifetime, so I got a PS2. PS2 broke at the end of it's lifetime, so I got a PS360. PS3 broke just after the warrenty.

Also 2/8 PS controllers have broken on me now.

To be fair, the PS1 and PS2 did last the entire genration, but the PS3 was the worst.

However 360 takes the cake off them all. 3 console replacement, all under warrenty, but still. I had to bitch for the HDMI model, no problems in over a year now. Also both of my 360 controlers are breaking. On 1 the A button doesn't work, and the other, the analog sticks are worn out. Luckily I got a third controller by accident when I got the HDMI model .

To add to your list of reasons why Nintendo is always ontop.

  1. Games always show quality Almost all Nintendo games are worth 8/10 or higher ratings, especially their handehdl games. Nintendo will never release a product with sub 6/10 ratings, an usually only launch games, or weird co-projects get sub 8/10 scores. MEtroid Prime, Zelda, Mario, Pokemon, Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Fire Emblem, Golden Sun, Donkey Kong Country, Brain Age, etc. All amazing games. Same can't be said for Microsoft, Sony, and especially Sega now.
