Do you smoke pot?

2. How do you get one? Do you actually have to have cancer or are there lesser diseases that also make you qualify?

It varies by state on how easy it is to get one, and what  diseases it can be used for. Some states also make it harder obtain legal weed once you have medical card. But for California its very easy and if you have a prescription for almost anything you can get one.
