Nintendo Only owners, what games are you getting on Wii-U ?

Personally, none.

If I was interested in those types of games I'd have a HD console already and if I owned an HD console, there's nothing about Wii U thats appealing enough to warrant a 2nd HD console purchase. I'd just play them on whatever HD system I owned already.
