please dont misunderstand me, i agree with everything you say, you dont think i dont want games for Wii?? But IMHO some people are just naive. I knew this was how it was going to shake down with the WIi, in an ideal world it would still be getting support ala how PS2 did and even now does, but this is not that world and its clear to me that Ninty is putting Wii to rest. Pikmin 3 moving to Wii U only solidifys my claim, if i were you id start saving for WII u, i know i probably will

Wii was never going to have support as good as ps2, I don't think anybody is claiming that.. But I do think that abandoning your most successful product ever* is a bad business decision. Nintendo still have the opportunity to redeem themselves with a trickle of top notch releases (such as DQX) so we'll see how it plays out.

This bit of news here may or may not mean the Wii still has a final ace up its sleeve, though I'm not holding my breath.

(*it's either Wii or DS, depending on how you factor hardware sales vs. software sales)

man, i think its dumb to abandon it too, but i said that they would and they kinda have. Im not happy with it, (especially no Mario Tennis) but what are you going to do??? I can only scream and yell so much. I know one thing, if they pull a Pikmin 3 with Mario Tennis/Golf im buying a Wii U used out of spite
