You're saying that catering to third parties automatically leads to better support.

edit: I'd like to add that Nintendo themselves didn't realize half of the cool ideas they had for the wiimote, regardless of third party supoort.

-IT has everything dual analog controller has and more.

-It can run the engines.

-Ports won't be a problem.

-Nintendo is working to make sure 3rd party games can sell on the console.

What's the problem?

You can just look at that controller and a bunch of gameplay possibilities pop up. 3rd parties would be working with a familiar controller concept that is capable of new...stuff.

regarding your first three points, gamecube says hi. Regarding the fourth, based on what we've seen so far (game footage shown was from ps360, some games shown aren't even confirmed for Wii U) I'm not sure third parties are convinced.

Regarding the bolded: The controller is indeed mighty fine, but I don't know if lookin' at it is worth $300

Seriously though, when the games show up, are good and deliver on the promises seen in the demos, then we'll talk. I hope it happens sooner rather than later...

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!
