Well, from the sounds of it it definately sounds like what they are doing is illegal. My mate was in a simialr position a couple of months ago, and he threatened a course of legal action if they did not make payment. This threat worked out, as they eventually paid him in duely, as no one wants to go to court. I would recommend you do the same m8.
