He should of brought it out earlier.if he really did made it..
ex.
its like i was going to play the lottery with the numbers 22 33 21 2 4 13, but didnt.. then the next day,The same numbers came out..i should of play those numbers,But i forgot to play..So now im going to tell everyone that i won..but didnt..
