That being said, it does seem like the upcoming lineup is a bit thin right now (only 6 pages on Gamestop, compared to 8 for PS3 and 10 for Xbox 360). Personally, I just don't think that LBP will be the hit on the PS3 that everyone is talking about it being. It has a casual look/feel to it but requires deadicated players. It feels like some sort of mismatch. Also, I wonder if MGS and GTA-IV are system sellers. Have people been waiting to buy their PS3s or Xbox 360s to play those games? Probably some ... my guess is more GTA-IV and with the extra content, that could be good for the 360. Also, is anyone aware of any studies that conclusively linked video game violence to real violence. I think the next would be the first -- quite a bold prediction if that is the case. Little Big Planet will flop, that is for sure, but at least it adds even more variety to PS3's lineup and is a step towards the casual audience. Remember, you don't have to make the levels as there will be tons ready to play at the start.
