Help please!! Having troubles uploading a profile picture.

I just found that picture on google, right clicked it and went to save as.., saved it as illinois, went back to my profile went to profile pictue, typed in illinois then clicked browse. The picture popped right up I then clicked on it and said open, and BINGO there it is Hooray!!!
