That`s a question that i really don`t know how to answer as i don`t really understand "wings" in their essence. But PSD have been said to be more liberal and they really aren`t overprotective as our left-wing parties. But they do care for the social side, for those who aren`t able to take care of themselves. They just act differently than your normal left wing parties.
