I like to think that Konami is giving an honest effort but really they pretty much are a Sony 2nd party developer. Why should we really expect anything with effort from them on a Nintendo console at this point in time? Capcom should be getting far more support and attention from Nintendo 3DS owners. Effort from them is clearly there. Forget Konami when it comes to Nintendo systems is how I feel at the moment. MGS3: 3D isn't getting purchases by unless it improves between now and release. We know what can be done on the 3DS this early on.

I'm not a graphics first guy but there is a level of acceptability I have in context of what a device is capable. PS2 level graphics on what is pretty much GameCube tech at the least is unacceptable. Rush DS to 3DS ports as launch games are somewhat acceptable but stop being so after the launch window. Which is why I'm ignoring Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor as a 3DS game. As a DS game, at a DS game price it would be okay.

If MGS3: 3D stays the same I really hope people do not buy it. I doubt they care about the 3DS game anyway but instead the HD collection that will come out at the same time. That's where the effort is clearly going. Don't be surprised if the 3DS game was outsourced as well.

Wow, I mean no disrespect but that is a very low post coming from you. Maxwell GT has explained himself that it would take alot to actually make MGS3DS look the way it did in the demo. Prime example of this happening previously was when they first teased KZ2 on the PS3 and the final product came out lesser than the showcase. That was merely a showcase of the possible 3DS' potential, and we are talking about a massive game. Generally MGS games are not short whereas RE games tend to be barely 10 hours if that (RE2 can be done both discs in under 9 hours). You have forgotten that the HD collection for plenty of their games are multiplat. You also forgot the updated version the Gamecube got for MGS. 3DS at that graphic quality for the game length CANNOT be made YET. And before you quote me on something stupid, the reason was stated previously by Maxwell GT, it's simply a matter of FITTING it in the SD card, the system is capable of that graphics power, the the format cannot support it yet. Furthermore, you seem to forget that MGS 3 is a BIG game with lush environments, or did you forget about the sniper boss fight? If anyone is guilty on cash-ins it is Capcom. Freakin $5 for just jill on MVC 3?!?!?? and another $5 for shuma?

Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)

I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/  hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.
