Not anymore it's not. After the terrible showing in NA and Japan in April, there's virtually no way the PS3 is still outselling the 360. It was barely outselling it when it was moving 20k units in Japan and 130k in NA. Now that it's at a little more than half that number in those regions, the 360 should be outselling it handily now.

For the ps3 to be out selling the xbox360 worldwide, (which it has done so overall in 2007 so far) in europe and other regions the ps3 only needs to out sell the 360 by 50,000~
