I agree on that. I've said it some months ago that the 360 and PS3 will have their best year in 2007, from then on it will only get worse for both.


Oh you are all dead wrong. If this is the peak year for the 360 and PS3 than Nintendo is owning 80% of the video game market by 2011, simple as that. I think 2008 will be the 360's peak year, and 2009 will be the PS3's peak year. Fact is both system are priced out of the casual market right now. That's their biggest problem. At this time last gen remember the PS2 and X-Box were just $200. Now we have double that for the 360 and tripple that for the PS3. Until the 360 is down to $250, and the PS3 down to $350 or so, they're pretty much tech nut hardcore gamer systems only.
