You were playing the game wrong if that's what you did. I'd be quite surprised honestly if you made it very far at all.

maibe i dream and did not realy finish the game  ...

I'm not saying you're lying about playing the game, but rather the game gets difficult about halfway through and the battles require a least some form of strategy that varies from pressing 'X'.
