You have to keep trying. I had to turn my PS3 on and off like three times before I downloaded everything. It gave me an error message the first time. The second time I downloaded two things then got kicked off. Then the third i got the rest of the downloads that I needed. I dont think i'll be buying Qore, but instead waiting until the restoration package is up and getting it free with PSN Plus.
