Due to the forgery it's pretty clear there should be a problem.


However if she didn't forge his signature... it would of been his fault for not closing her out of the account...  like if you leave an ex on your bank account.

She DID forge his signature. Appearently she felt entitled to use his sper without his permission, and then sue him for a small fortune to support the brats she wanted so much but can't take care of. Women ALWAYS get away with stuff like this. I've yet to hear a single case where the judge sided with the guy, and the woman got punished for her actions.
