A few questions:

1.  What is ubersampling?

1. Basically renders each frame several times and recomposits them together, it acts as a form of AA and texture filtering.

2. FRAPS is a benchmarking tool that can shows a frams per seccond counter in games http://www.fraps.com/

3. Should run it pretty damn well, max textures and most other lighting and blur effects and AA should get you well over 30 FPS in most situations depending on resolution. 

Currently a 1440x900 monitor, looking at upgrading to 1080p

yea you should be able to max it minus uber

New comp arrived, have a 1080p Acer 24inch screen.

What about now?

it might dip below 30fps with everything max except uber in some intense spots but you should be good to go, you could always turn off motion blur or bloom if you run into any issues but I would say you should be able run it fine with ~40fps in most situations.
