He ejaculated in her mouth, for her to swallow or spit out. Oral sex does not lead to pregnancy. She took his sperm an put it in her vagina in order to get preganant, usign his sper without his knowledge, and without his consent. It's not much different than the situation presented in my OP.

Once you give someone something you dont get to decide how they use it. Shouldn't fuck the crazies.

Even if we go by the "he gave her the sperm" nonsense, in that case what she does with it is her own business. IF she used it to get preganant, then it's her problem. If you'd give someone a car, and they ran over an old lady, should you go to jail for their actions?

Also, what makes you think he gave her his sperm in the first place? Maybe he just let her hold it.
