You watched the Samaritian(or some similiar name) tech demo.PC have to have 3xGTX580 to run it smoothly.but that's PC.

Without Hardware support of latest effects Cafe won't make it.

It required 3 GTX 580's to run THAT smoothly.  It doesn't require 3 GTX580's to run UE3.5 itself.   Think Bulletstorm vs Unreal Tournament 3.  You need a much more capable PC to un the former than the latter despite both being on Unreal Engine 3.

Again, if the game is developed with the UE3.5 engine and Project Cafe doesn't ultize shader operations that match DX11, it will simply revert to the shader operations the console uses (which would seem to closely match up with DX10.1).

But again, a console doesn't even need to utilize the Direct3D API.  PS3 doesn't yet runs UE3 games.

UE 3.95 not 3.5.there isn't even one game made on 3.95.this tech demo required 3xGTX580 not the engine itself.

UE3.5 or 3.95, doens't matter...same thing.  It technically doesn't even have a designator number yet.  As for the second part of your post, that's exactly what I just said.
