Like Monster Hunter Tri, which sold up to 1M units if I'm not mistaken?

Even better.  1.9 million.

Which is why amortizing that cost across 3 platforms helps ensure a greater return.  Something they CAN do with Project Cafe that they couldn't do with Wii.

as i said if it will be high end capable of utilizing Unreal Engine 3.95/4.0 if not than they will have to make 2 diffrent games. We will see in one week from now.I hope they will put the bar very high for the best of us-consumers.

Unreal Engine 3.5 is nothing more than Unreal Engine 3 with Dirext3D 11 shaders.   If Project Cafe doesn't support Direct3D 11, then any game using UE3.5 would simply not use the DX11 shaders for the Project Cafe iteration.   You don't need to make 2 separate games.  That's ridiculous.  Further more, actual use of the Direct3D API isn't as important with home consoles.  PS3 doesn't use it at all.

You watched the Samaritian(or some similiar name) tech demo.PC have to have 3xGTX580 to run it smoothly.but that's PC.

Without Hardware support of latest effects Cafe won't make it.

and it's 3.95 not 3.5
