if we are talking about HD screen 6" than costs are about 60-70$ for screen.

You're talking about a company with the potential of selling more than 100 million of these units, if not 4 times more. Do you really think they'll get them at the price you're familiar with?

And obviously talking about 1mln sold 3rd parties you meant casual games on Wii not the core ones which sold poorly..

Core like Monster Hunter Tri, which sold up to 1M units if I'm not mistaken?

that's the cost of production without profit.LCD screens sells in houndreds of milions per year and it can't be cheaper.especially with touchscreen.no chance in hell they will sell controller under 99$ without losing on every piece.Remember that Nintendo isn't Sony so they can't make controllers them selfs.they have to give to 3rd party company as one I'm working for.The plus is that we are one year from debut of Cafe so i supose in future the controllers can go cheaper vey fast.i supose for such device 70$ is possible in late 2013/early 2014 because of OLED push.6" HD screen aren't popular so this is disadvantage in terms of costs.

Also either it will have to have Blutooth 3.0 or basic CPU to decompress the signal cause Blutooth 2.0 i supose won't handle uncompressed HD Video.
