You seem to be making a lot of assumptions about both Call of Duty players and Elite. Activision only just revealed Elite, how do you know that we know everything about it?
And even if there are say 15 million Call of Duty players who are teenagers, don't you think they would pay for Elite with the right incentives? Many already pay for Xbox Live, so it's not like they wouldn't be able to get the money.
