If anyone does get it up on youtube in proper quality, then I think Activision will have it removed faster than you can say "copyright claim".

Mirror it, then upload it.

No copyright claim will manage to get that off.

Again, it depends on somebody being able to get it in proper quality in the first place.

And even if it is put on the web, won't there still be plenty of people who pay the subscription for Elite? I think having this web series at your disposal when ever you like, with the most up to date content is just something to sweeten the deal, and will help make more people, who are on the fence about Elite, subscribe to the service.
