It's true though. You can't really fail in this game, and there's no penalty for bombing cases. The game basically revolves around interrogating and investigating, but you can beat the game without paying attention to them. It's a huge design flaw.

I agree. A branching storyline that's affected by your success/failure in a case would've made the game a lot better. This game was poorly executed. And I'm kinda surprised reviewers didn't complain about the amount of time it took to develop like they were with GT5 and Final Fantasy 13. Hmm, maybe because they weren't produced by an American company.
