Nope the Radeon HD 6xxx series were gonna be 32nm but TSMC cancelled 32nm to move straight to 22nm. So the 6xxx series are still 40nm.

TSMC moved to 28 nm, not 22.  And GlobalFoundries has started up their 32 nm process again.

Oh yeah my bad. Intel is the one moving to 22nm next year (or this year? I forget. Its the Sandy Bridge die shrink)
