IBM Power7 @ 3.7 Ghz and 6 cores. Out of order execution and 4 way simultaneous multithreading for 24 total threads and no more waiting for in line instruction execution. (possibly reduced clock speeds for lower price and thermal impact.)
GPU:
AMD Northern Islands. Juniper model. Direct3D 11 compatible and Shader Model 5.
RAM:
1 GB 1T-SRAM VRAM and 1 GB DDR3 system RAM. 12 MB embedded DRAM frame buffer.
